Henan Institute of Science and Technology Mechanical and Electrical College was founded in 1958. The college has 97 teaching staff, 15 professors (including 3 visiting professors and 2 special professors at the school level), 34 associate professors and senior experimenters, 33 doctors, 6 Ph.D. students, 6 doctoral supervisors and 19 master supervisors. There are nine returned students studying abroad.
